Our automatic grommet machine is perfect for commercialized use and it works right out of the box- all you have to do is plug it in to a 110V wall outlet. This machine utilizes self-piercing #2 - 3/8" nickel plated steel grommets to meet your project needs. It has the ability to punch through a variety of materials such as signage substrate, vinyl banner, leather, tarp, corrugated plastic sheets, nylon, and more. Punching grommets is as simple as lining up the laser pointer where the hole will be punched and pressing the foot petal.There is no need to load each grommet and washer because this machine will automatically sort and prepare the grommets byitself. Our machine feeds both the grommet and washer, punches the hole into the material and attaches the grommet and washer in a single cycle. You can grommet up to 45 pieces per minute which maximizes efficiency with large projects or multiple orders.
